We have established a safe, supportive and fun space for women of all backgrounds and skill levels to get strong AF!

Why strength training?

Strength training is a game-changer for women, and it’s about so much more than just getting stronger. It helps balance your hormones, improves your mood, and is one of the best ways to prevent osteoporosis by keeping your bones healthy & strong as you age. But honestly, one of the best things about it is how much it clears your head. When you’re focused on your form and the weight in your hands, there’s no room to think about the rest of life—it’s like hitting pause on the head noise. Over time, this focus and dedication build more than just physical strength—they create resilience, both mentally and physically, helping you feel stronger and more capable in every part of your life - this is our favourite thing to witness!

What to expect as a BAB?

You’ll feel stronger, more capable, and totally supported. We’re here to help you nail your form and build real strength, no matter your experience level or if you’re dealing with any injuries. We’ll make sure the program suits you so you can feel confident and enjoy all the benefits of lifting weights safely (and actually have fun doing it).

  • Jess Dally-Butler

    Founder & Coach
    With over 13 years of experience, Jess is passionate about bringing women together to support and empower each other in becoming total badasses. She designed The Women's Strength Coach Bondi to be more than just a gym; it’s a safe, welcoming space where women can build strength, confidence, and community. Her mission is to create an environment where every woman feels supported & seen.

  • Aimee Gourley

    Head Coach
    With over seven years of experience, Aimee is passionate about creating a space where women can grow stronger— physically and mentally. She empowers women to embrace their strength, build confidence, and show up unapologetically as their best selves—whatever that looks like for them.

How It Started

The Women's Strength Coach Bondi began with one simple mission: to create a space where women could train without judgment, intimidation, or unrealistic expectations.

Jess, the founder, started coaching in 2013 after her own experiences overcoming body image struggles and disordered eating. Strength training became a game-changer for her—building not just physical strength but confidence, resilience, and a sense of empowerment that extended far beyond the gym. She knew other women deserved to experience that too.

What started as a small garage gym quickly grew into a thriving community of women who show up for themselves and each other. Over time, the vision has expanded—not just to help women get strong, but to create a well-rounded, fun, and sustainable approach to fitness. That’s why The Women's Strength Coach Bondi now incorporates cardio, a run club, and varied training styles to help women feel strong, capable, and energized in every aspect of their lives.

While Jess now focuses more on the bigger picture, Head Coach Aimee leads the way in sessions, bringing the same supportive, no-BS approach that defines the gym. Together, they’re evolving The Women's Strength Coach Bondi into more than just a gym—it’s a movement that empowers women to train hard, lift each other up, and break the mold of what fitness “should” look like.
